"I currently live here. I honestly feel very at home and safe here with me and my son. The neighbors are chill, I don't even hear any noise at all when I'm inside my unit. It's very quiet. There are some stray cats (they are fixed and vaccinated) they are all so sweet and adorable. Belton has a tiny bit of a kitty problem right now but people are trying to control their ability to reproduce. So most of them have been captured, fixed, vaccinated and released. It is also close to a wooded area, so there are some bugs sometimes, but no infestations. They do everything they can about pests and I honestly have only seen a couple spiders and some flies in the summer. Nothing worse than anywhere else I've lived. Management and maintenance are very easy to get a hold of and they respond very quickly. Management is very compassionate and understanding. I tried for almost a year looking for somewhere to live, and no one would approve me because I had an eviction, even though I did pay it off. Elizabeth let me in and gave me a chance so I greatly appreciate her. The pricing is very reasonable and I can definitely afford it. It's probably the cheapest I've found lately. They are planning on getting google fiber very soon, which is awesome. I find this to be a very convenient place to live. There's a Laundromat right down the street, food places everywhere, easy access to highways, lots of stores, quick trip, caseys, etc."

"This property had some Potential… however it has gone down hill a lot! The wiring is not safe… nor the appliances. Infact.. it was condemned by the city due to such. Crazy expensive for What they are asking. Do your research before ."

"Update. THIS RENTAL PROPERTY CONSTANTLY SWITCHES THE COMPANY THEY USE TO MANAGE THE PROPERTY. I haven't even lived there for a year and had 3 different property managers all of which totally disappeared And have no sort of information pertaining to previous rent paid. I can't even log in to see ledgers from previous companies as to where my money went. The property is now back to not handling any maintenance issues Some of mine date back to June of 2021 So the issue wasn't rental assistance the issue is the property in the owners of the property itself please take this as a warning do not apply to live here"
