"I started with Janacek Remodeling over 12 years ago. I love working for a small family business that still offers a place to grow based on your desire and work ethic. If you put in the hard work and time they will reward that effort. As for me, I am passionate about bringing peoples dreams for their homes to fruition. I strive to make the estimating process as painless as possible for the client so that they can truly understand what they are purchasing and who will be responsible for each step of the projects process. I started off in the field with Janacek Construction as a general carpenter and worked my way up as a supervisor and then the Field Superintendent. This progression gave me a working knowledge above and beyond that of just sales and design. It allows me to properly bid and supervise your project from start to finish as well as making sure there are very few surprises for both the contractor as well as the client. In remodeling, surprises are inevitable. My job is to keep them at a minimum and to make sure that all parties are aware of those potential surprises from the beginning. I am responsible for interviewing new job applicants to match their skills to the companies needs. I access pay scales and verify that our company is staying competitive in a very tough job market.
