Lowe's Home Improvement

"Your normal box store lumber yard they usually have what you need that you can't get anywhere else except home Depot but for me Lowe's is closer to the house than home depot. Personally I can't really tell a difference between the 2 I usually go to Lowe's just because it is closer. But do think just because it says they have 20 of somthing online that they really do because I have been burnt many times by both of the big box stores checking online saying they have plenty on hand just to wast my time and gas to go there and find out they don't update there website like they should and they don't have any on hand so I recommend calling and have a employee physical go and lay eyes on it so you don't waste your time and gas this is the reason for minus the 1 star"

"***DO NOT SHOP HERE, GO ELSEWHERE*** Everyday I am actually surprised by the level of incompetence at this store. I have previously left a review and gotten a general "shucks but sorry" response. We physically drove to several locations to purchase flooring that Lowe's website claimed each of these locations had, just to find out they didn't. We're told to place an order, we do and the order goes through. DAYS later we're told, no actually we can't get you what you ordered... we argue and somehow they miraculously now can get us our original order and give us a 20% discount. NOW IT IS TWO WEEKS LATER and gee shucks we cannot get you the remaining 7 boxes of flooring you need. Their only solution is for us to call around to different Lowe's stores to try and find this with no discount and now the additional shipping cost since it is now a separate order... I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER shop at Lowe's ever again. Not only that, I will absolutely be sure every single person I come into contact with knows how terrible of a business is being run. This is absolutely absurd. Once the 7 boxes of flooring can be found, our Lowe's card will be terminated immediately. I IMPLORE anybody considering using Lowe's to go elsewhere."

"A positive experience though I did not make a purchase today. Nice to browse the shop and not be asked a hundred times by associates if I needed help. The store is in a busy shopping center just off the Interstate. Lock your doors and keep valuables out of sight."
