"I was helped by Itzel and another Hispanic guy that had an Edgar haircut. Both of these associates were very helpful and very friendly. The way they have organized the store now is horrible. No front check out and everything is ran through customer service including purchasing a simple item. If you think you’re going in for a quick purchase, plan ahead because it’s going to be a while!"

"They no longer have front checkout registers. I went in for a simple order pickup and had to wait extra long because all the traffic that would normally go through a front checkout now has to go through the customer service and order pickup desk. Therefore increasing wait times for everyone and everything. Best Buy’s customer base is not savvy enough to use the app checkout features to eliminate the need for a front checkout."

"Always friendly & knowledgeable. If a particular person isn't, I'm directed to someone who is. I do feel they lack specific inventory. For instance, I was hoping to walk in & buy a record for my daughter I had seen online was in stock. It was not. Record selection is extremely thin. I know this is the age of streaming & online ordering, but a bit of selection for items would be nice."

"The only reason I gave 4 stars is the sales associate who helped with the purchase. Otherwise, I would have given 0 stars. Connor is a great asset to the store. Connor deserves 5 stars. He's a good sales associate. He's a very professional young man. Then, customer service gets involved, and they deserve 0 stars. Customer service almost blew off the entire order. I bought a large TV and sound bar with delivery and installation. Was supposed to be delivered Monday. Customer service changed it to first to 1 month out, then second to 2 months out. Not because of the TV but the sound bar. They told me this during the 3rd call. I canceled the order for the sound bar. I saw the box containing the sound bar on the sales floor shelf. Now the TV is being delivered Thursday. The TV was delivered on Thursday. It's a nice TV. The guys who delivered and installed the TV made up for the horrible customer service experience. They were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They deserve 5 stars. I'll just order a sound bar from Amazon and plug it in myself."
