"My wife loves Kohls, but I've been avoiding it as best I could (along with most retail stores). I went with her to return something and get a jacket, and the experience with the associate at the returns desk and the cashier was very pleasant. Both were friendly and competent. I guess I didn't realize Kohls had the wide range of merchandise that it did. I'll need to go back when we have more time to really take it all in. My Kohls was a nice, clean place and I will happily return."

"This is a great Kohls location. It has been somewhat disorganized the last few times I have gone during the weekend, however there is usually someone who can help you. I purchased a desk and needed help bringing it up to checkout and taking it to my car and they happily helped me!"

"Kohl's offered good sale prices and we found what we wanted. However, the additional 20% off coupon was scanned at checkout and I didn't notice nothing in my purchase was eligible for the discount. So, check excludes categories and brands if you are counting on a discount. Also, the clerk left a security tag on the shoes which set the alarm off as we exited. So watch for that. At least we didn't get all the way home before noticing thanks to the lovely alarm."
