"I’ve always been a Home Depot supporter but I waited an hour to get a tool today because evidently they don’t trust their customers and have decided to lock up all their tools. I run a business and I have things going on when I need to buy some thing waiting an hour is outrageous. They need to have a better system or a call button or something but it’s outrageous and unfortunately that Hone Depot don’t trust their customers. Y’all lost a customer today hope you can find a better solution"

"Attempted to order a new washer and dryer set from this store and was told it would be a week until delivery. I notice in paperwork afterwards they incorrectly input 2 washers instead of the dryer - simple attention to detail. My wife calls to get this corrected and they tell her the order has to be cancelled there is nothing they can do to fix it and additionally we would need to come back in and place a new order - including an additional $1500, as the payment for the cancelled order would be refunded in a matter of weeks. The best part is they would then send us to the back of the line for delivery, no longer honoring the original delivery date. We did what we should have done in the first place and just went to Lowe’s - we found the same set at a cheaper price and they were able to deliver the next day. Still waiting on my refund from Home Depot and could barely even get as much as an apology (if you want to call it that) from their supposed “Operations Manager”."

"Went on a Saturday, after the flood, this place was packed! We still had 2 employees ask if we needed help. We were able to find what we needed and it was in stock. They had a nice supply of lumber too! Update 5/2022:. Super nice associate went out of her way to try and help! Home Depot has THE best price on water misters. Unfortunately they are currently out of stock."
