"I had an issue with my trash can / recycling bin cabinet not closing.When I called Verser, Tom said he was booked for several days. However, later that day he called saying he had an opening now and was close by. He arrived within 10 minutes and found that the track screw was loose. "Worked with Tom this summer when our previous contractor botched the job. Tom was very professional and patient with us from start to finish. Not only did he came up with the perfect design based on our requirements, Tom helped educate us on the wood selection for the best finish as well as having just the right numbers of drawers, dividers, spice racks and etc. based on our needs. Once the design was finalized, Tom delivered the cabinets exactly on schedule and finished the installation quickly. After his crew put everything in, Tom came by a day later to check on all the work personally to make sure each door hinge is placed perfectly and each surface was flawless.
