"I’ve eaten at several Raising Cane’s across the USA. Generally you are greeted instantly at the counter. I came in the afternoon, one gentleman was waiting for food. The person on the cash register said nothing to me leaving me standing while he waited for the gentleman’s food. A simple I’ll be right with you sir would have been appropriate. When I placed my order I asked for my fry’s to be cooked longer so they would be well done. He passed it along as extra crispy instead and they weren’t done like requested. This is a common denominator as Cane’s I’ve eaten at . It seems they think fresh equals crispy or well done- having that experience is why I’m very specific. Everything else was great."
