Neither of these were asked of the client who just posted a bad review. I’ve been getting my hair cut by these guys for almost 6 years and they are always polite, professional, and timely. Don’t allow one bad review from an individual who was looking to pick a fight keep you from the best barbershop in Springfield….but you must schedule an appointment."
