"I usually have a decent experience here, but I think this visit warranted a review. I placed a pickup order via the app and I arrived just in time for my order to be almost completed. I did not order anything too substantial, a couple shakes and a couple pretzels. However when I arrived, I don’t know if the lady attending the kitchen was having a bad day or what the situation was but I did not feel like I was respected. After she gave me my pretzels she slammed the bag on the counter loudly while loudly asking her coworker to help her, no eye contact, no thank you, no words exchanged by her at that point. Usually I have a good experience but I feel like this time was a bit different. Maybe it was just a one-off thing."
"I generally really like this QT location so I'm going to go ahead and give 5 stars, but in the middle of COVID-19 the manager and several other employees were wearing masks but with their noses still exposed. If you're not going to wear it right, what's the point???"
