"So I have a complaint about Danielle. This is the second time I’ve had my items thrown at me with an attitude. I have left a complaint about her disrespectful self and she is still doing the same thing. Ever time she is in store it is a long line, and then to get to the counter for her to throw my items is just rude. If shell gas company invites this type of customer service then it say a lot about them as well."

"This woman lied to me and said the 1.50 not used in gas would automatically go back on my card and it did not!!! There is no phone no. On their site to call. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and the attorney general and action 4 news."

"Used to have a great staff. They got rid of all the good ones and hired these slow kids with no personality. The only one I like to see is LeAnn. She's great with customer service and knows how to get the line moving when it's full in there. The older lady in the mornings always makes u feel like your bothering her so stopped getting my coffee there. It used to be nice when the girls knew who you were. You'd have a nice laugh while they checked you out but not anymore. Cig prices used to be cheap but not anymore. The only reason I used to go in there was to have a brief chat and a good laugh. Now you have to wait in a long line so if your in a hurry forget it. Go go quiktrip. It's really sad some of those women worked there for over 10 yrs only to be fired. So it must be cause the owner doesn't want to pay those girls their raises so hire these slow clerks at a cheaper price. I won't support a business like that. And why is that guy with a beard always sitting outside when that line is to the door? Is he a manager? Cause he acts like one when you have a question he butts right in. Was a customer for 6 years when I moved here, not anymore!"
