"I came to grab a couple of items and during the time I was in the store, an employee, Denise, berated the cashier at full volume for having been in the back. She insinuated that the cashier was responsible for bad reviews of the store, and ranted at length about how all of the employees' bad habits need to stop so the store will stop getting bad reviews, etc. Correction of an employee should not have been held at the cashier stand, audible to all customers. I disagree with Denise. Seems to me it might be unprofessional behavior, poor attitude, and lack of accountability on the part of the management bringing the store down. The cashier was unhappy with public humiliation, but still offered good service. Also, I did find the items I came in to get, at reasonable prices."
"i used to work at a different dollar general. they slaved me 16hrs as a kid. no a 12 pk of soda is 7.85 before tax. doesn't sound like a dollar store no more. new chick is nice tho"
