It was their mixup, not mine. He could have easily given me the price it was advertised as, but continued to argue with me until I left. Poor customer service."

"What makes this grocery store different? Why do they stand out? Let me start with this store is the epitome of what all stores should model from customer service down to shelving standards. Employees are not only well knowledgeable about their store, but will take the time to direct you to the exact location, and while in doing so, they do not give you the impression that you are of a bother to them, even though we know we are because they are trying to get their own task done. They also sometimes seem cheery and ready to do so. The many times I been in here, the store has never been in disarray. Even yesterday during thanksgiving, with all the foot traffic the store had, not once did the store or employees seem overwhelmed. Hyvee at Gladstone employees from top to bottom, you guys are where it is at! Keep doing what you are doing. I am sure that all of the people who depend on you greatly appreciate what you do for them/us. Thank you happy holidays!"
