"My experience was horrible. I booked my appointment with Zoe for eyebrows and lashes. I was super excited initially because I usually don’t were lashes. My eyebrows were waxed incorrectly. She made one brow much thinner than the other. I didn’t notice how bad they were until I left. I knew it wasn’t what I was use to but this was ridiculous! It is horribly noticeable. My lashes were so bad she had to remove them before I left. Never will come back. Zoe is completely inexperienced and definitely needs more training!"

"Let me just say, I do not write reviews, I'm writing this because I was so upset after my visit and still that I had to let someone know . First let me say that the person who scheduled my appointment did not inform me that the promo that got me to call in the first place was for specific lengths only . (I'm getting my lashes done and I had a total of 14 classic lashes total on both eyes when I came in, and yes i wasnt expecting to have to get them removed but I if it was a must, okay fine.) Anyway the promo deal was "classic full set or BOLD" for $75. That's a deal I thought! I'm a lashes artist myself so a full set for $75 is unthinkable. I should have own then something was wrong. When I get there, I swear it's the cutest sit down I've ever seen. Coffee, magazines etc, and the stuff was very respectable and nice too! So I finally get called to the back and she gives me a water , perfect ! I'm loving it so far. I've been to a lot of lashes places like I told her and asked for a diameter of 1.0 since those lashes look best on me I told her I wanted 16-18 millimeters as a classic design. She tell me okay . Lay down and we'll go over the l legnths in a minute.... okay? So I lay down and she asked me if I wanted her to remove the few I had left ( I told her yes, my mistake because she end up charging me $25 dollars to remove but didn't not tell me until i checked out ) ..fine . Tell me why she takes 1hr and 26 mins remove my lashes, which should only take 20mins AT THE MAX! Mind you she had to wipe and reapply three different times because she would put the removal on my eyes and then mess with the lashes before they were ready to be removed, so my eyes kept burning . Once she did get them removed she did them and the picture below was my result. After a hour later . By this time it's 1:00. Needless to say they made me pay the 100 dollars Actually 150 since i decided not to show up on Wednesday to complete my full set ?. Like what?compete ? Why? and i was charged 100 instead because my reque with insted lenghts were not included in the promo . So now im left the same amount of lashes i came in with and 150 dollars gone from me."

"The two employees I interacted with were lovely, and I’m happy to give stars for that. Unfortunately the service was disappointing. I had a lash lift and tint, but the outer 1/4” of my lashes didn’t get tinted. That makes my eyes look oddly close together. The whole reason I got this service was so I didn’t have to wear mascara. Now I have to wear it daily, just so I don’t look weird. It’s hard to tell in close up photos, but my lashes are fairly light, so they disappear into my face without tint. I wasn’t able to see the result well in the salon, because I still had large chunks of glue all over my eye lids. I was still peeling chunks off the next morning. (I’ve never had lash services before, but I’m assuming it’s not normal to send folks home with visible chunks of glue on their eyelids.) I may try this service again at another salon, but I won’t be returning to this one. :("

"Amazing experiences for about 6 months now at lash loft. I get the lash lift and tint. I’ve tried other places in St. Louis but none as good results! I was compelled to write this review because for whatever reason my last lift didn’t quite take. They will give me my next lift and tint free. They stand by their work and care about their customers! Not only that, the environment in the spa is so pleasant. Everyone is friendly, in good spirits. 5 out of 5!!"
