This was my third visit to Brentwood salon this year. Melissa listens carefully to what I request & repeats what I ask of her to confirm she understands what I want. She then shampoos & conditions before taking me back to her station for the service. Melissa consistently gives me superior service & I always leave feeling very good about my hair’s appearance.
