"James did an excellent job working with my daughter. When the result was good but not exactly right the first time, he offered to bring her back and do an adjustment to make it an excellent result. More important than the hair was the interaction. He was very thorough, talked through his thoughts, wanted her input and made it comfortable for her to talk with a professional without feeling nervous or self conscious. He was open to her thoughts and the whole interaction could have been intimidating as he is so good at his process but he made it so warm and fun!"
