Someone else called her up and hooked her up! And Now we're still waiting for theses Idiots still haven't called us back yet! All This took place between 11am & 12 noon! It's 12:33 now and still no call! Accu Rate you Suck Donkey Balls!"

"Do not, I repeat, do not use this agent for any type of business. They were my broker for 3years and it was the worse experience I have ever had with any insurance company. I just found out my insurance coverage will be canceling in 12 days due to the company filing bankruptcy. No one called not sent me a letter stating this. Now I have to find new insurance. But I definitely will not be using this agent. This childish unprofessional agent wants to sit on the phone and laugh and make light of my situation as if I don't matter. What kind of agent are you and how you going to laugh at me and my situation. Really? I hope they go out of business also."
