"Nice salon. Staff is courteous and friendly. Making appointment was easy. You get spa like head message during hair was which help me to relax. I have my hair color and haircut here recently and definitely go back again."

"I don’t like hurting peoples feelings but I did not get the haircut I wanted. I was very specific & detailed about what I wanted & showed a picture of the haircut I was wanting to get. I have bangs & I was very specific about wanting them blended into the cut. I kept my phone on me in case the stylist needed to refer back to the picture. My hair was long & no layers. The cut I wanted was a medium shag, lots of layers. Styled with a straighter after wash, cut, & blow dry. Which I told her I wanted during consultation. After the cut no product was put in my hair & after the blow dry no straightener or curling iron was used. No hair spray was used either. She was done. I got the feeling she wasn’t really confident in herself so I left it at that & was on my way. I get home & brushed my hair & noticed my left side is longer than my right side. Right side has long layers. But the left side & back doesn’t have layers & it’s the same hair just shorter & uneven big time. My husband, who notices nothing ever, but noticed this haircut. And how uneven it is. I’m in shock. I researched salons before going here & can’t believe this happened. My husband found reviews with similar situations as mine happening, too bad I didn’t see those before I went. I hate giving a bad review but I hate my hair being jacked up even more!"

"I have unfortunately only been to Indie Blue once because I’m not from the Springfield area but I would absolutely go back if I could. I got a cut, color and style…they took my hair from a brassy color to a gorgeous highlighted brown that I absolutely loved!! The vibe of the salon is so welcoming, cozy and chic. The best part was the lather lounge, I could’ve fallen asleep in there. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if I tried."

"Crystal has done my hair (highlights and cuts) at least 4 times now and every single time she has knocked it out of the park! It always looks even better than what I imagine in my mind. She always asks questions to be sure I've considered everything and so that she knows exactly what I am envisioning. Indie Blue's lather lounge is one of the best things about going there, it's so relaxing. Crystal always asks if I need something to drink (they have soda, wine, coffee) and / or a snack while I am there. I always look forward to my hair appointments because I come out of there looking great and it's such an enjoyable experience. I can't recommend the ladies at Indie Blue enough!"

"I was sat with Haley and might I say that she is one of the most patient and professional stylists I’ve ever had! I normally feel a bit of anxiety when I go to a salon, but she made sure I was comfortable and was incredibly easy to talk to. Not only that, but she ensured I left her chair feeling like my best self. I seriously felt like I walked off an Instagram ad. Overall phenomenal service, and I highly recommend not only this salon, but Haley as a stylist!"
