"Smart style E. Kearney in Springfield Mo. Worse haircut ever. Had to go somewhere else to fix it. Should have been straight across but there was a whole section of my hair over 1 inch longer. Sent email to customer service and explained I had pictures to prove it. No response. Showed a picture said she could do it no problem looks nothing like picture"
"Worst experience ever. Waisted 2 hours on "confirmed' booked appointments that don't mean anything. "Blah blah" left early and didn't check out of the system so it let you book the appointment. We can get you later on hour... an hour later "oh Timmy messed up this lady's color and has to fix it. We just won't have time for you." Thanks again for waiting my time and gas. A phone call would have been nice when you realized you screwed up."
