"Went in for a manicure t elderly of the two done me and my sisters nails last Friday. Yesterday my sisters French tip came off the entire layers of polish gone and today is day three. The lady was on the phone not even paying attention to us. It took her 30 minutes for my sister and ten for me. Done some filing and just painted our natural nails. I thought hers were gel. We both had our nails under the light. She didn't even push our cuticles back. The place behind O'Reilly auto parts by lift up Springfield off of Kearney in Springfield Missouri! We don't even want the elderly lady to fix it. She charged us 30 for each. I say that was a rip off!"
"To finally decide to give this place a chance and walk in to find one person working and be told they have no availability til tomorrow.... As a professional myself it feels completely ignorant. I would be willing to wait for the business to have time but to be flat out told they have no availability leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. I also should note that I walked in before 4:30pm well before they close-for a simple polish change. Avoid this place as they clearly don't have enough staff to handle walk-ins as their door (which is propped open) states. Extremely disappointed. This is the one day I was going to be able to get my nails done before the holidays too. Thanks for nothing."
