"I was halfway through my sandwich. I took a bite, started to chew and I felt something hard hit my tooth. I immediately spit my food out and found a screw on my plate. A screw. There was a screw in my sandwich. I’m shook. I called the store. She was very apologetic and tried making it right by giving me credit and that I appreciated. But the point being. How did a screw end up in the middle of my sandwich? What if I had swallowed the screw. This is so scary!"

"I ordered the Gargantua sandwich and everything was fine except for the bread. I called the restaurant to let them know that everything was okay but the Bread was stale and she immediately started to tell me how fresh the bread was. Okay so this is where I ended the call and I decided to leave a review instead. Instead of giving the customer excuses, why not just give the customer a solution? Hopefully this location (3900 Broadway Kansas City, Mo) will do better in the future."
