"Only one customer in front of us. It surprised me when it took almost 15 minutes for us to get four donuts, There was three employees that I seen two upfront, and one working in the back. The girl that waited on us definitely took her dear sweet time, She was nice just very slow. Got our donuts and the maple bacon were so disgustingly greasy. I was disappointed because I’ve had them before and they were good but not, In the photo you can see below the red line is all grease"
"What a great business to have in Richmond. I am from the eastern side of Missouri so The Fancy Donut was reccommended to me. I stopped in and the girls there were super helpful even when I thought they had messed my order up. I ordered 5 different coffees, hot and cold, and also for myself I ordered a maple bacon donut. The donut was SOOOO fresh and very good! The coffee, of course I only I drank mine, but there were zero complaints! My coffee was delicious and hot, service was fantastic, and the store front was decorated perfect. I highly suggest you stop by and let them blow your socks off!"
"Uhm, love this place & the vibe! They are ALWAYS so friendly even when I come in with a huge order. The doughnuts are all delicious, I think we've tried every single one. I usually end up walking out with at least 6 coffees (hot, blended & iced) & it never takes more than 20 minutes. & That's with a full house. we don't go anywhere else for our coffee now. We impatiently wait for Thursday & Friday now. SUPPORT LOCAL"
"Love the location and donuts! Super cute and great vibe. Only downfall is I came in a week before my visit in the early morning and it was closed during business hours. Said they were closed because someone was sick…..I have to actually travel several miles to get there and would have liked the memo. I understand if The Fancy Donut needs to close because somebody is sick but there is a communication barrier to customers."
