"So I tell the person in the drive through that I would like 8 mild sauce for my taco’s… and I get everything except what I asked for…then I get home which is a hop skip and a jump away and my taco’s are cold and the lettuce looked like it needed to be trashed, REALLY!!!! And they want 15.00 hr??? I say keep‘‘em at minimum wage till they learn to do the job right"
"I don’t even understand how this place is still open. New woman here I asked for an item without two things on it. She couldn’t find the button and had to ask questions so of course didn’t click them both. Then a man proceeded to look at me and tell me that I didn’t say that; whenever he was no where near me when ordering. Everytime I go here there’s always a run in somehow, basically a joke at this point. Place does not look clean, and sad to say neither do the people. Im sure hand washing isn’t even a priority. Me and many friends and family leave unsatisfied almost everytime. I understand being short staffed, but it takes no amount of people just for one employee to have some common sense. Asked to get my food fixed and after the rude employee telling me what I did/didn’t ask for, then I heard employees discussing me and my food. Honestly, fast food is difficult, recently worked two years in it, but NEVER would I have served and treated a customer like that. If zero was possible that’s what I’d rate this place. Recommend going the next town over for anything to do Kfc/Taco Bell."
"Has to be one of the worst experiences . Had me pull out front said food would be right out. After waiting 20 mins the food never came I went in and they hadn't even started the order and the restaurant was filthy. Employees taking food to other cars bad not changing gloves after and going back to preparing food. Guy inside running his hands in the upper exhaust or fryers and touching food with same gloves.. can't honestly believe it! Would never go back. I mean should have knows if the windows are that dirty that inside had to be bad to.. flat out nasty and u people are going to make someone sick!!!!"
