"What a joke. If I park my truck and make the effort to walk in to place an order I expect to be waited on. Not to stand there for a good 5 minutes and watch 9 cars go through drive through. It was so bad other costumes were going behind the counter and getting there onw condiments. Needless to say I walked out and went across the street"
"The lady was rude bcuz we went in to get the drink they forgot to give. They didn't give 2 Mac n cheese sides like we ordered and managed to get 5 wrong sauces. I ordered 5 ranches and 2 cheese. I got 2 ranch. 2 honey mustard. 2 honey BBQ. And 1 KFC sauce..."
"Better than any KFC within 50 miles. Very clean to. I will say one of the worst drive threws in the entire Richmond area. You never seem to get the food at the actual window. Everyone has to pull up and wait. Only to block a line of cars who may of only ordered a drink and need to leave. But they can't because of the order ahead of them being waited on for an additional 10 minutes... Nice job. #KFC Almost got it down perfect."
"The lady was unprofessional. I asked for nuggets, no nuggets. I asked for tenders, no tenders. I asked for a 8 piece regular family box, she asked " extra crispy or original crispy" i stated no crispy only regular cooked.and then she said she didnt have those and she wasnt dropping any new chicken because they didnt have a cook. Dont be open if you can't complete customers orders."
