"Crazy to think I curbside order takes up to 19 minutes, for one item. Any other time curbside is out in a matter of seconds of pulling into the spot, as directed. Night shift needs some major help in this department, same thing for door dashes, I can pick them up super quickly during the day, but when it comes to night shift, they will have a line of dashers out the door and people just standing around. Team should be worked on better and put together with better employees that are properly trained."

"I Order my food I told this lady a McChicken no mayo add light spicy pepper jack sauce add cheese than I pay for my food than I get it an I noticed that there was no lettuce than I look at the receipt an it says plain I didn’t say a plain McChicken when I ordered it like why don’t y’all listen to the costumers"
