"We had to make a quick stop by Walmart to get a few things and the first thing I noticed is that they changed the shampoo and conditioner aisle to the point of where it took 5 to 10 minutes to find the products that I was needing. Otherwise I was able to find everything else that I needed and proceeded to check out and did that and went on my merry way."
"The Wal-Mart in my town Independence, Mo is nasty so i drive 30 miles to this store. it's always clean the staff is nice and they have items that my store doesn't carry. The older man that cleans the store should get a raise. I never see him stand around. he always stays busy and is very friendly."
"Put my order in by 10am pick it up between 3 and 4 most everyone is great I opt to take my own bags so it takes a little longer because I put stuff in the diferent kind of bag they are kind and patience"
"Well stocked Walmart. My only complaint would be to open more registers to accommodate customers who don’t want to use the self checkout. I have a cane for walking so it’s hard to check out and no matter what Walmart I go to the only register really open is the alcohol and cigarettes line and that takes for freaking ever."
"As far as in store shopping and online shopping even it's usually great at this store. I have no complaints. My complaint is I would like to understand why no one answers the phone?! I would've called the pharmacy, they always answer, but it was after pharmacy hours. Why is it that no one will answer the phone?!"
