"Shout out to Megan who takes such great care of me and my Yukon. She really goes above and beyond the call of duty. She and I have been in contact since mid November about a grinding noise. I think I dropped my vehicle off like 4 or 5 times to try and get them to hear the sound I was hearing. In addition, she met with me to drive around together in another attempt. She researched to find out the issue herself, reached out to GM to get the cost covered AND reimbursed us for the diagnostic fee from December when they "couldn't find anything".
