"Great experience for the dreaded car buying process. Salesman was not pushy, the car we wanted to see was in process of being sold right before we got there (in truth - we saw people getting out of it and saw them again in the finance waiting room). I was familiar with their inventory, so the salesman talked through the options (while I changed my mind a couple of times) and I did end up buying that day. They brought down the price a little and didn't leave us sitting for hours. The finance process was also smooth - I said no to all add-ons and was not pressured. No issue in the licensing process, title was on hand."

"This was a routine oil change and it was done pretty quick after a short wait in their comfy customer lounge. As always they check my Accord over really well and let me know what they found, good & not so good. All was well except for the front brakes. Tracy Peters is the service writer I like to see most often. He keeps me up to date and I knew the brakes would need to be done soon. I will make an appointment and get back this month. I only want my Accord serviced were I bought it, Dave Mungenast St Louis Honda!"

"In December, I drove away from Dave Mungenast with a Civic in a much different color than I would usually pick…red vs the original color I wanted of blue. The blue one had yet to make it to their lot so after Dylon Sacco explained the reasoning for pricing, I made the bold choice to try the red one. Dylon Sacco spent the time on a cold night not only going to get the cars to test drive but also cleaning up my “new” car as everyone else had already gone home. Can’t say enough about Dylon and his sidekick from financing (can’t remember his name). They both put me at ease with every step of the process."

"I made an appointment and when I arrived, I was motioned right into the garage. I met a representative that went through all the details that I wanted to have done to the car (maintenance-oil change, filters..). Once car was looked at, I was told I was going to need new tires fairly soon. I chose to get them right them, since winter was here. All well explained and I'm happy with the service to the car."
