"Tried to call on a Saturday to rent a vehicle. They closed at 1pm I called at noon. She was very rude. Rushed me. Wouldn’t take a second to let me think about what kind of a vehicle I wanted or what day I wanted to return it I interrupted her to tell her to please be a little more patient and she then told me that we only had so much time and she told me that from the beginning which was a whole minute from that point. I just decided to go elsewhere very bad. Customer service did not want my business at all Just worried about closing time!"

"I needed a rental car while mine was in the shop. Everyone here was very helpful and great to work with. The picked me up at the body shop and dropped me back off after returning the car. They handled everything with the insurance company so I didn't have to. The car was clean and ran great. I loved that they have a little bleach wipe in the car when you pick it up to wipe things down. Would definitely use them again of needed."
