"Be prepared to wait! If you need to get them on the phone you might as well visit the store. I was told by the manager 2 techs are on leave and there is only one current tech to handle tire issues. I had an emergency and their rescheduling dates are 7-10 days out. I eventually got the tires and they are fine."
