"I want to say thankyou to Ajay and his team that assisted in my ABS issue. I had went to a different shop for brakes/rotors on 3/7 and my abs light was on after servicing my car. They kept my car until Friday and for "customer satisfaction" replaced sensors however the light was still on so I'm not sure how they expected me to be satisfied... Fast forward to Sunday 3/10 I called and spoke with Ajay and brought my vehicle to the shop. He figured out the issue quickly & showed where a part was broken which is why the abs was triggered. Due to him thoroughly showing and explaining everything I felt confident to have this shop replace the part. My car was fixed the same day which I am so appreciative for especially with it being on a Sunday. I truly am thankful this shop was able to fix an issue they did not even cause . Any further issues my car may experience in the future I will now do business at this establishment & also refer friends/family here . Thank-you again !"

"I would not recommend Firestone and in particular the Kirkwood location. Buyer Beware! There are items that were included without my knowledge: Brake rotors - $275.00 (original quote for brake pads only) Engine air filter - $163.00 Cabin air filter - $98.00 Wiper blades - $110.00 On top of the extra charges, they nearly charged me an additional $600.00. Fortunately, the customer service rep made an adjustment to match the original quote. I will admit that I am partly responsible for this overcharge as I did not review before I had the work done. I was relying on Firestone to give me an honest estimate. I had previously bought new tires at this Firestone location and had a very positive experience. Sad to say, I will never set foot in a Firestone again!"
