"They refused to fix my flat tire and they claimed that it can’t be repaired. Recommended to change two for new ones. I repaired my tire somewhere else and now it’s perfect. They just didn’t want to work!! Ridiculous"

"Nice people and good customer service. However, when I picked up the vehicle the yellow air pressure light was on. The technician told me it would go off automatically after I drive the car around. I knew this was not resetting the light. As a result, I questioned did they perform the service correctly with a response like this. When I came back from riding around and it didn't go off another technician was able to reset it. In addition, they detected several stem sensor issues, but this should have been detected during the rotate and balance service and it wasn't. It was after I came back."

"Terrible place. Spoke to Maurice and she asked me to call at 8am Monday to get an appointment for tire rotation and battery replacement. I have called 5 times so far today. First time the call was answered and put on hold. After 6 minutes of holding they hung up without even checking if some one is still on the phone. Again repeatedly called them multiple times and they are lifting the phone and hanging up."

"Regrettably, I have been getting tires here for the last several years, due to hearing Sam's had good tire prices and free rotations. It has been such a nightmare dealing with them. No one answers the phone, so you always must go in person. When you get there, EVERY SINGLE time the employees tell me either how short-staffed they are or that "someone called in". The last time I went in there, I was voicing concern that tires bought from Sam's never seem to last as long as the tread warranty. The male employee could not even look up in the computer to verify the dates I bought the tires or what the warranty was. He said a manager would need to do that and assured me he would personally make sure that a manager called me back the next day. That was over a month ago. No one ever called me back. Absolutely horrible customer service, the employees are clueless and always "short-handed", and I do not believe the tires last as long so not worth saving a few dollars. I ended up finding a great price on tirerack.com, having NTB install them, and NTB provides free rotation as well. NTB staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am kicking myself for putting up with all that frustration for years at Sam's Tire & Battery. We all deserve better!"
