"I ordered a top end kit from this company I received it and the cylinder was just thrown in the box everything had looked to be opened at one point the gaskets were placed in the box bent. Story short it was the wrong kit I got with customer and sent back and only refunded me half of what I paid for this kit and was told it was because of how it was packaged I put everything just how I received it right back. Do not do business with this company as they will lie just to keep your money."
"This is not a real store, they have no inventory. They drop ship everything and act like it's not their problem when their drop shipper messes up. Terrible customer service. Messed up trying to save 10 bucks by ordering through them and definitely lost more than 10 bucks between my time and gas shipping them back,and I still don't have tires. Literally just paid 10 bucks for a headache."

"Bought a clutch lever on ebay, Fedex delivered to wrong house and was unable to get it back, seller opened a claim with no description so claim was denied, I spent 3 weeks dealing with fedex and got claim overturned and refund from fedex was sent to seller. Now seller says claim is still denied, I sent him proof that it was reversed and refund was sent, Now seller wont respond and i have not gotten a refund. If you are in need of anything, I would stay away from this seller at all cost."
"Purchased a battery for a custom build from LeClare on Ebay. The bike was having exhaust work done and by the time I got it back to test fit and see that it didn't fit within the space I had, it was past the return period. Dale was super friendly and extremely responsive. We worked together to find a solution that worked and I am more than happy. Would buy from them again without hesitation. Thanks again, Dale."
