"Workers here broke off a plastic tube piece from the evac into my engine. They charged me for the oil change and never put oil in my car. Manager Cody was not helpful and told me I basically should be grateful to him that they are paying the $2100+ it’s costing to fix my car. I had to file a claim to even get them to confirm payment on their end for repairs. The workers actually working that day were very nice and helpful though. (Still haven’t received a refund for the oil change they never did)"
"I have been to the Battlefield St location in Springfield MO twice. They are always quick and professional. They are very thorough, explain what they have found and why you may need a replacement. However, they are not pushy in their sales. They advise you of any issue they find and their price to replace the item. That's the extent of it. Great place for your oil change and general maintenance check."
