"The service I received from this location was top of the line. I had a driveshaft break off my truck on a cold winter night. Got a tow to this location for the repair. They didn't have the part but they searched high and low and found all the parts required and had me back on the road in a day and a half. The service manager went above and beyond looking out for me by allowing me to sleep in the truck saving me money and inconvenience as well as offering me some of his lunch and I greatly appreciated it. If you need any work done I highly recommend you give them a try."

"DO NOT USE... Pros... Clean shop. Eddy and Derrick are good honest guys. Cons... Overpriced. Seldom completed in promised time. Uses cheap after market parts. Attention to detail is nonexistant. Ie... clutch adjusting rod fell off 20 miles after 7k R/R 13spd transmission. Blown turbo boot/clamp 10 miles after CAC R/R. Missed multiple grease zerks (5) on a class 8 lube. Installed pilot bearing grease line, it fell off 4 days later. Paid for Eaton, 2250, easy pedal install, Clutch didn't feel right, 4 months later discovered an "auto adjust", after market, junk clutch was installed. Latest was a bill for 9k on R/R 13spd trans and 600.00 pto pump, when I disputed the amount and asked to speak with Tim(mgr), I was told he was "too busy", i paid the bill, asked for a call back, left messages and text Tim....30 days....still no response. If you do use this shop, double check ALL the work and invoices. Disclaimer... Before Tim got so busy, he would communicate and stand behind his work, but apparently that's a thing of the past."
