"I had a great experience with Aaron and the team at Gunn3r’s. I brought my truck in needing a new motor and from the very beginning everyone there was friendly, kind and professional. I originally took my truck to the Ford dealer for the same thing and Ford was way more expensive and would not work with me at all. I should have took my truck to Gunn3er’s from the very beginning! I will for sure go back if I need major repair work done in the future! Thanks for the great service!"

"I recently was in town on a stopover during a move I was making cross country. While pulling into my hotel very early on that particular morning, I noticed smoke billowing out from under my car's hood and I started to panic. I called multiple repair shops in hopes of getting it looked at ASAP, and only GUNN3R'S was able to get me in right away. They provided fast, highly competent service, and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing at each step of the inspection. Thankfully, GUNN3R'S confirmed that it was nothing more serious than my (very absentmindedly) having forgotten to put the oil cap back on after I topped off the oil at the beginning of my journey. GUNN3R'S provided me peace of mind and got me back on my way in no time flat - all around excellent experience and superb customer service. I cannot recommend GUNN3R'S highly enough. They are awesome!"

"We took our car here to get repaired. The front brakes and rotors were bad. That explains the rubbing noise. The employees here got my car in this morning and installed new rotors and brakes. The car drives brand new again. Great work. I will be back."

"Absolute rip off of a garage! I had the wiring on a Mass Airflow Sensor repaired almost a year ago at James Automotive & was told if it threw a code again I would need diagnostics & a new sensor. I brought my car in here only because they specifically worked with Community Partnership of the Ozarks, who was helping me with the bill, & I needed to have that sensor replaced due to it throwing a code again. I explained that the wiring had been repaired & that at this point I needed that sensor to just be replaced. They gave me my car back having charged CPO ~$250 (the original repair job at James Automotive was $70) & stated that they repaired the wiring because the last shop "did not do it right". (Yes, they did.) Well, it's 2-3 weeks later now & it's throwing that code again. I take it back up there & the owner verifies it's the same code & tells me it needs a new sensor. I asked him why they didn't do that in the first place & he gave me all this b.s. about the wires & bah-dah-bah-dah-bah-doo, "We charge $80 an hour. It needs diagnostics & a new sensor, but WAIT, WE HAVE FINANCING!" I was approved for the financing, but felt uncomfortable paying them to work on my car when they did not resolve the issue the first time around. The original wire repair job through another shop cost $70 TOTAL & lasted a year, this shoddy job cost over $250 & lasted all of two weeks... I again spoke with the owner, Aaron, on the phone wanting to know what they could do for me & asked why they didn't do diagnostics the first time & replace the sensor, which I very clearly stated was the problem. "Well, we did, & I think you should take it somewhere else, because we're not gonna be working with CPO anymore." Of course not, they already ripped off all of their funding! I did go somewhere else, though, Aaron: to your Reviews. I've lived here a long time & I know swindlers when I encounter them. You're better off taking your car to a dealership as my final quote there for a full no nonsense repair was upwards of $600. Save your money & your sanity & go somewhere else...away from Kearney street."

"Took my 98 civic ex there and I was consistently throwing money on it before I got it there but once it was there they quickly diagnosed my issue and fixed it really fast my car runs night and day now it’s so much better and it was very cheap, everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and extremely nice, they went above and beyond and would not let the car leave the shop until it was right I would highly recommend taking any automotive issues to them as they do great work, I will be taking my cars there from now on!"
