"I have had the absolute BEST experience working with this team to find a vehicle after having the unfortunate luck of my car being totaled out. After hopping through multiple sites and lots, Chris and everyone at Buddy's (their shop) treated me so well and took the time to answer each of my many many questions, the business owner included! They gave me all the details I asked for as far as information on the vehicle we were looking at and immediately addressed some concerns we had with the vehicle despite it being at their own expense. They even stayed late to accommodate my schedule and get us taken care of. They wanted to make sure the vehicle was safe for our family, and that was deeply important for us. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking into an affordable vehicle and wanting to be treated well!"

"Do not waste your time or your money going to this place they said one thing offered it as long as I give them a good review 3 weeks later I still did not receive my vehicle and when I tried to go up there they're never there they never answer their phone calls and Chris threaten me to not go to Buddy's where they usually are to see about what's going on with my truck. 3 weeks later still nothing getting the runaround from both Blake and Chris and getting threatening calls from Chris stating that it would be in my best interest not to go to Buddy's. They have an f rating with a better Business bureau and have terrible reviews do not go to this place!!!!!!!!"

"Excellent customer service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We will not go anywhere else to rent another vehicle. Most of our interaction was with Ricky but everyone we spoke to was very helpful. We rented a 12 passenger van for our trip to Florida. Ricky was incredible and made sure we got the van at the soonest possible time. The van was clean and in excellent condition for our trip; was perfect for what we needed. Ricky even went out of his way to meet us after hours so we could return the van. Top notch customer service, clean & reliable rentals and hands down the BEST staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time!!! Highly recommend!! We are lifetime customers."

"I purchased a vehicle from Springfield Automotive and the experience was great. They made the process simple and stress free. The staff was all extremely friendly and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy every step of the way. There were a few minor fixes that needed to be done before the vehicle was road worthy. So they put me up in a rental for a couple days and then dropped off the vehicle I purchased, at my place of business. All after offering to work with whatever schedule was best for me. Really great people, I definitely recommend them."
