"Not only were their prices less expensive than a lot of competitors, but also their quality is top notch as well! If not better than others. I was quoted nearly $500 at a nearby shop for the same exact thing Firestone did (a battery replacement!!!!) for a mere FRACTION of the cost. As someone who is on a fixed income but needs quality work done, yeah- it was worth it to go to Firestone. I have a 2017 Ford C-Max Hybrid Titanium and Firestone replaced the battery for under $300. Thanks, Firestone- your quality and dedication to keeping things affordable in today's climate is bar none."

"A friend of mine brought her car here a few weeks ago because the engine was smoking a little bit, and she had a credit card through Firestone. She was told that the smoke was because her radiator was bad and that it would be $900 to replace it. We called Ken Owens, and they quoted us $500 to replace the radiator. After bringing it to them instead, they looked at it told us that it absolutely wasn’t the radiator, it was just a mild oil leak. They ended up fixing it for less than $300. I don’t know how fire stone completely messed up the diagnosis, or why they thought it was OK to price gouge on it, but I would never recommend going here. There’s a decent chance you’ll end up paying a fortune to have them fix something that wasn’t even broken, while leaving your actual problem right where it was."

"They are too busy. COVID is over and it's time to get back to real customer service. This store gave me good service while I was there but they and most other Firestone stores I called cannot get you in for a week or so. I know you don't make money on followup tire rotations and such, but on the other hand if I didn't have the lifetime service I would probable go else ware for service as your basic prices are often higher then even the dealer."

"Booked service. Upon arrival software update so would be long wait could not print jobs. Despite this, my car was ready a few hours later and requested work completed. Only criticism is they were also short on manpower and so the identified replacement lights needed weren’t installed. I was assured by Roger I could come back this week to get them done. However now Roger says they’re fully booked this week. Beyond irritated. Taking my car to a different Firestone location to get it done later this week!"
