"I had my car stolen and dumped right outside this Auto shop. I simply came in and asked if he could look at it and help me out after the cops were done looking at it. This man said he’s not going to touch it, look at it, or do anything to help me. He said to take it elsewhere and that I'm verbatim screwed. I’m recommending you follow the owners advice and seek elsewhere for auto repair needs."
"I called to see about getting my car in, he asked me what the issues were so I told him the make and model of my car and then went in on what the problems were. He out right stopped me before I could even finish and said, "I don't have time for this, you'll have to call someone else." Sir, I wasn't looking to get it immediately done, I just hoped it could be done by the 18th cause my surgery is the 19th and I won't be able to pick my car up after that. You at least could have worded it differently instead of saying that you don't have time for customers."
"I called them and asked if they could put the coilovers on my car and he didn't even know what it was, and whenever I explained to him what they were his words were "I'm not doing that I'll pass.", and then he hung up. How are you going to call yourself an automotive repair company and not even know what a simple suspension kit is?"
