"Only giving two stars because the little blonde girl was sweet and helpful. I understand they didn't want to keep trying to get the lug nuts off because they didn't want to be liable if they ended up breaking a stud, but to make my dad torche them back on just didn't seem right! I paid $220 for two tires, labor and a bunch of extra costs they throw in, you'd think the customer wouldn't have to do anything except get the lug nuts loose. We asked the guy why he had to be the one to tighten them back up and all he could say was he was following his boss's orders. I'm sorry but when you pay for service you should get it! I'll never do business here again and I'll make sure my family and friends don't either."

"Their mechanics are rejects who couldn't get real shop jobs. My wife went in to have her tires changed but was told that they couldn't get the lugs off. My father in law purchased a breaker bar (for no reason because the lugs were not tight at all) and had to take the lugs off. I was out of town for work or i would have done it myself. They replaced the tires and made my father in law put the tires back on but still charged for the labor. 1/10 do no recommend."

"I went in for a tire and an oil change. They put the new tired on and failed to tighten the lugnuts, so the tired would have wobbled the whole way off in no time. Great safety check there. Not to mention they broke my tire pressure censor, they did replace it for free but it took even more time on the 2hrs already. Oil change went fine, but they left dirty greasy hand prints on the hood, the door, the door handle, and the steering wheel, it all had to be wiped down and washed. Lastly, they left a tool in the front seat of my car also covered in grease. I was polite enough to return it, but really should have kept it for the trouble. 3/10 will not go back to this location. I should have known to go to the one on independence road where they're professional."

"Went in to do an oil change that I was told it would only be $25 for my car the men in there today told me that they had to do a a high mileage oil change and it neededd 0w20 special oil and when I left my receipt read that they just did a regular oil change with 5w30 and they thought that I wouldn't notice because I am a female I called the store manager he told me to come back up there and when we did he made all kinds of excuses I said if you really did use high mileage oil I want my receipt changed to show it he said he can't and I told him that means you just used regular oil then if you can't correct my receipt and I want my price I paid corrected he refused to do that too SO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY MAKING EXTRA MONEY OFF FEMALES THEY THINK DOESNT KNOW ANY BETTER IS good job guys way to do your job"

"I asked for a very simple full synthetic oil change, wiper blades changed, and please check fluids and Tire pressure. They spilled oil all over the engine, didn't check any of the fluids (because they're all low or empty, like the windshield wiper fluid which they wrote they filled, the coolant overflow), and the tire pressure were all low (one was 7 pounds low!) - though they said all were 33 psi and they filled wiper fluid and that I DECLINED any other fluid check. I'm sorry but this is not acceptable even for a budget oil change. Go elsewhere!"
