"430pm 4/22. Lady was rude. Got there 2.5 hours before close and she said there was a 3.5 hour wait. Wouldn't let me get a oil change. Ran off another guy that wanted a tire. They had 2 tickets before me. No cars in the line outside or parked out there."

"Went in for an oil change. Was told there would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. I expected that. What I did not expect was for them to wait for me to ask at the 2 hour mark how much longer it would be, only to be told that somehow my battery had died the second they pulled it in the garage. Took them another 2 hours to install the battery. Went to leave for work this morning and the car would not start. Why? Because they didn't tighten down the battery cables! I would never use the T&L center at this location. The techs are untrained and have zero customer service skills."
