"Liked the selection of food. The staff kept table clean and was attentive with our drinks. The place was clean and inviting. Liked the ice cream flavors available, more than just vanilla and chocolate. They have coffee, and apparently they have beer on Sunday. Most importantly they are local."

"It's a good environment and a good place to eat. We did enjoy our stay. Price was a bit high at $30 a person, but it does have a good variety of food. Everyone's experiences is different, but you have to see it for yourself."

"Our lunch experience at the buffet on Sunday was awesome. We paid $20 per person for Sunday prices and it was well worth it. The Chinese food and sushi and sashimi options were plentiful. The honey chicken and Hawaiian chicken was delicious and there were also a good amount of veggie options which I enjoyed. One critique is that a lot of dishes had a ridiculous amount of oil pooling and oozing out, making it really greasy, especially the sweet egg tart buns. The flavour of everything was on point though and the amount of options was excellent. They also had the Mongolian grill section but we were too stuffed to give that a try. There were a lot of seating options and the service was pretty good. I also really enjoyed the fresh fruits bar but the desserts weren’t that great, tasted like it came out of a box. I will definitely be back, especially if they dial back the grease but the variety and flavour makes it deserve 5 stars."

"We decided to visit this one in Missouri since we tried the one in Overland Park last Sunday. We experienced better service at this location. The food was delicious, spices on shrimp were highly seasoned & spicy. The lo-main was delicious, the fried rice had shrimp in it. The food was hot & great. I would recommend this Joy Wok. The staff was amazing & their customer service was better than the one on Metcalf. I was surprised we had to ask for the ticket unlike the other establishment they bring your ticket while you still eating like they rushing you to get done but not here."
