"Good food and concept but very slow service. We placed an order that included 2 kids meal pancakes. Our order finally came out after about 30 minutes and only received 1 kids meal. We asked the cashier and she confirmed only 1 was rung up. We paid for the second order and waited. I checked for an update after 20 more minutes and I got the impression that they never started. We finally received our order over an hour after placing the original. The cashier was apologetic and did refund the kids order but it was not a good first experience. Dealing with a hungry kid waiting an hour while their sibling has their food was not enjoyable. The table next to us was having problems with the slowness of their order and mistakes made to what they purchased too."
"The food was great and I love the idea of a portobello mushroom as a bun but it was too big to bite into and too hot to pick up. It's looks beautiful tho. I love the high protein after a workout but the prices are quite hefty. Not that it's not worth the price, but it may be that once in a while thing."
"Surprised I didn’t run into Mahomes here. This place packs the athlete’s diet for sure. Couple things to note: awkward branding, could tell the vibe if this was a supplement store or a Sweetgreen. Lastly, the wait time was off. I’m all for waiting for freshly prepared items but the mark was off here. Have to have better turnover."
"Really great and tasty option for vegans/vegetarians or those just looking to have a healthy meal. I got the vegan burger and air fried sweet potatoes and they were both really good. They did have a sign that felt like fat shaming to me. It felt excessive and like it might deter people who are overweight and want a healthier option. Overall though I really enjoyed it."
"This is my number one favorite healthy chain ANYWHERE!! First time at the KC location and nothing but great things to say. Super friendly staff, food was delicious and the vibe inside was awesome. I truly wish there were more of these across the US! We ordered pickup and it was packaged extremely well, ready for pickup right on time and was the perfect temperature."
