"Would never reccommend this shop to anyone. Brought our car with 35,000 miles on it for repair after a deer incident, recieved with the new front bumper about 5 shades darker than the rest of the car. The hood was about half inch higher the the opposite side. Called them, lady at the desk answered with an attitude once i told her we had a problem with the work and wanted to bring it back. The car never should have passed through the door to leave in its state. Some months later, we try to use the headlight sprayers due to bugs on a trip, the headlight sprayer shoots out of the bumper and the bracket falls in the bumper. Come to find out, when installing the bumper they smashed the water line between the bumper and the bash bar, broke the clips that held the sprayer as it sprayed. Called back, the lady gave me an attitude again saying ohh i remeber you, yeah idk if thats our fault. The ONLY way something like this would get damaged is by improper installation or removal, or another collision. I replaced the $90 sprayer myself. Upon further inspection i come to find that clips are missing, they didnt align body parts properly. Im all for giving someone benefit of the doubt, trying to come to a solution, but the lady was unreasonable and told us they probably didnt break it and hinted strongly at it being our fault..... Never have we come to a solution, paid to fix the sprayer from our own pocket to avoid the confllict, but never would i ever recommend anyone to go here, unless you want your car 5 different shades of color and no quality inspection before leaving the shop."
