"I went to pick up two pizzas on 1/28 around 3:50 and not only did my order get finished quickly (literally halftime of the AFC championship game), but the employees were incredibly friendly and offered me Parmesan and pepper flakes! Pizza was hot and fresh as well!!"

"The pizza is good! I’m not a BIG fan of dominos; because I like real specialty pizzas but for pricing & deals dominos is good! The CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA IS BEST! Other than that I don’t care for their pizza! The CHICKEN WINGS ARE REALLY GOOD! The SPECIALTY CHICKEN bites; I’m not a fan of; the toppings are over cooked, close to burnt & there’s just a little piece of chicken hiding underneath the toppings! The Italian Sausage doesn’t taste right for the second time I’ve ordered; so I won’t be getting anymore!"

"Still haven't received my refund that you took out of my account 9/9/23. Been calling for a week now and no one answer the phone or customer service haven't answered back. I order online for two large pizza and when I came to pick the pizza up the store was locked at 8:30pm. But you sure took the money out! NEVER AGAIN I WILL ORDER FROM ANY DOMINO'S!!!!!!. Went back Sunday 9/10/23 at 11:00 when the store supposed to be up it wasn't. The manager didn't show up until 11:35 with a small child. Talk to her and still didn't get any help. She said it will be back in my account Monday but it's Friday and NO MONEY OR PIZZA!!!!!! Wornall Rd bad business. No star if I could but I'm saying it NO STAR!!!!"

"I ordered at 9:41p, I didn't receive my pizza until 11:05p, AND IT WAS SMASHED AND COLD!! The order update said it was prepping for 40 minutes for 1 small pizza and wings!! Don't waste your money at this store.."
