Pizza Hut

"My family and I came here from St Louis once we got here we settle into our hotel which was 3 minutes away from this Pizza Hut I called and placed my order at 8:50 p.m. I was informed that it was going to take 45 minutes to an hour which was fine My husband and I travel with our 11-year-old and our 2-year-old Doing that time frame got the kids bathed and everything called down to the front desk our food was never delivered called back up to the Pizza Hut spoke to the manager I'm not sure if his real name is Brian He told me that our food was dropped off at 9:30 Our food was never delivered I call back he told me that our food was delivered again front desk never received it The manager at our hotel was amazing The staff was amazing They were looking out Come to find out this Pizza Hut is using DoorDash to deliver our food The manager told me sweetheart I can't guarantee if you're going to get your food He kept calling me sweetheart I asked him not to call me that He kept doing it The manager Brian at Pizza Hut needless to say my husband went to pick up our food They claimed that it was freshly made It was absolutely not Our food was cold needless to say I will never ever order from that Pizza Hut ever again when I come back to Kansas City I'm damn sure going to stay at the same hotel but I will never order from them ever again and Pizza Hut is our favorite pizza of chain to eat from But this one if you're getting delivery your food will be delivered by DoorDash and you would not have a guarantee that you would get it"

"This place used to have some issues, but the new workers have been very on point lately and prepared my order very well. Four stars because my Cheese sticks were left out before but the manager (I assume he was the manager) quickly made it right and my order was superFIRE. I will be back."

"Never ever ordering pizza hut again. Delivered 40 min after the promised time, called them and somehow it was my fault. Since it had been delivered already while on the phone with them my concern about getting my pizza 40min after estimated time and cold dint matter. I got hung up on and there was nothing I could do about it. I'm mad at myself for not reading the reviews, looks like they are just a bad location. You are giving the other locations a bad name, shame on the owner for not having a care about their store!!!!"

"Had the BEST experience with this location on 1/10/24. The associate, Ms. Kim, was fantastic. She went above and beyond for excellent customer service. I ordered online for carry-out and it was ready within the allotted time. Kim was friendly and helpful and braved the cold to hand me my pizza. The food was delicious. My husband always asks for extra sauce with his pizzas because historically the pies have been dry. But this location followed his "extra sauce" request amazingly well and he thought it may almost be too much! But he was very pleased with the taste. My pizza was also superb tasting. If all the employees are like Kim, we definitely will be ordering from this location again."
