"So, I’m a new plant mom and, I’ve been checking out different local greenhouse’s. This particular location requires you to set up an appointment, which is very inconvenient and very frustrating. Especially, when you don’t get a reply for almost a week. Then when someone dose reach out to you. They just stop communicating with you before you can even set up an appointment. Talk about an unprofessional experience. I recommend going to other local florist that has regular business hours, and actually cares about making new customers and business."
