"I always love the aroma of flowers, not overwhelming but soothing as I enter their fine store to take it all in. On this fine day getting my daughter a dozen roses for her 26th birthday. I decided against a card, I wanted to wow her and arrange them at home. I needed to get some for my wife so she wouldn't be too jealous, our 31st Anniversary in 2 weeks."
"The arrangement I ordered and the one that got delivered were not the same and the quality of flowers was disappointing. For the cost of the flowers and delivery ($92) I am VERY disappointed. I won’t be ordering from here again. Also I had typoed the house number and the delivery lady called and we sorted it out which house it was but she was very rude and apparently felt the need to repeatedly tell me how I got it wrong - including making a deal about it to my parents when she delivered the flowers."
"I ordered a bouquet of flowers for valentine's day for my wife , along with a stuffed animal and some chocolates and some balloons. I was contacted about an hour or so after I ordered, and told that they did not have one of the flowers that was needed to make the bouquet, and that she would find a suitable replacement. I was fine with that. Let me tell you, this is definitely the best bouquet I've ever seen. My wife was blown away by them, these are some of the most fragrant flowers. The best part is that several flowers hadn't bloomed yet and are still doing so today. I had same day delivery only hours after I placed my order. I will definitely be buying all future bouquets from Olson Florist. THANK YOU!!"

"The ladies working were very nice, I bought 2 of the 5 dollar bouquets and asked if they could combine them into one bag to give to my daughter for her band concert tonight and one of the workers came out with a beautiful arrangement of the flowers I had bought adding more plants and baby’s breath and polka dot tissue paper wrapped up with it and it was so beautiful and way more than I was expecting. She definitely went above and beyond for customer service. I will definitely be returning :)"
