"I used Pipeline a year ago for a pretty minor issue. They came out on time and were very helpful and showed me what I could do myself to save some money which I really appreciated. But I am writing this review to give a shout out to Jason, the drain tech, who came by this week to fix two bathtub drains I needed cleared, one of which had been attempted by two previous plumbers from other companies. Jason is thorough and takes pride in his work and did quickly what others were unable to do. Communication with the office was great as well. Left a VM, they called back within the hour and were at my house first thing the next morning. After some bad plumbing experiences, I am happy to recommend Pipeline."

Eddie showed up the following morning and did an excellent job. He was very personable, friendly and professional. "For two years I’ve been living with two drain issues; shower not draining and washing machine not draining. I’ve had various people come to snake both drains, good for a while then problems returned. One morning the shower backed up and also water was coming out the base of the toilet. I called pipeline plumbing. Two super nice guys came and I talked to them about the three issues needing to be fixed. For $828 they pulled the toilet and snaked the main drain line, including a scope, all the way down to the street. I was very happy to have this information, gave them both a tip and felt so relieved my issues had been solved at last. The next day I took a shower and it didn’t drain. I called the office and they sent the same guys out who told me that “they would not charge me for this service”. I was somewhat surprised because, $828 later, that was one of the issues I called them about in the first place. They snaked the shower drain and solved that problem. Two days later I did a load of laundry and my drain backed up. I called the office and she said they couldn’t help me with that and it would be around $300 to get that fixed. I was so surprised because the issues I called about in the first place that needed to be fixed, $828 later, weren’t fixed. I was also very disappointed because the person I talked to in the office said they were not able to give me any kind of break on the price, or rather 5%. I called another company. The guy came, went onto my roof, and snaked the line down to my washing machine drain for $165. Problem solved. Pipeline plumbing has wonderful people that work for them, the guys that came to my house were very good people but my review has to do with them charging me $828, and not standing by their commitment to address the issues I called about in the first place, nor they’re willingness to work with me to solve the situation."

"I've used Pipeline Plumbing TWICE in the last six months! Once for an underground water leak, and a second time recently to replace my water heater. Both times they provided prompt, courteous, excellent service and were able to come out the very next day. Prices are in line with what I would expect are reasonable for a licensed, reputable company. I will always use them for my future plumbing needs!"
