"Been using this location for many years on my F150. Every 5000 miles and I drive 30k per year. But no longer will. After oil change, was driving down I-5 when severe clattering started from engine. Immediately took exit and parked in Fred Meyer lot to check oil level. None registered on dip stick. Bought a gallon of synthetic for $27 and engine sounded fine. Called Jiffy and they requested I return, which I did. After inspection over the pit it was discovered that the filter was leaking and most likely from being dropped with damage to edge - their words. They replaced filter and topped of oil. Now you might think they would have apologized and reimbursed me for the expense of the gallon of oil I had to buy - but that did not happen. Unbelievable. So just a warning - ⚠️"

"Advertised $25 off oil change, asked for full synthetic (5 quarts) the employee dodged mentioning anything about the price until he ran my card, and when he brought the receipt I was shocked. After the discount, it came down to $86. Which, of itself, is on the higher end but not terrible. The price for 5 quarts of full synthetic retail is between 20-30, with a filter being about $10 for mid grade. So at worst cost of material is $40, so in this case they charged $60 for 20 minutes of labor - not to mention markups as I’m sure the oil is wholesale. You’re telling me you’re charging $60 for labor? For a freaking oil change? No, you marked up the price temporarily and then offered the $25 discount to draw people in - along with dodging any quotes/price detail until the card is ran. This was my first experience with Jiffy Lube outside of fleet vehicles, and it will be my last. I would’ve happily paid $60-80, as is the premium for not doing something yourself. I’ll make sure to change oil for all of my friends and family before I let them get screwed over by deceptive marketing like this. Even Valvoline is better."

"Came in for a standard oil change and the manager Troy noticed I was low on coolant. Ran a quick test and showed that I needed a flush and replace. Was able to find some coupons and his team had me back on the road in just a few minutes"
